Dear Nevada BRIGHT Solar,

This letter of interest memorializes my interest in pursuing development of a solar photovoltaic (PV) system on my property through the Nevada BRIGHT Solar Program.

I understand that Nevada BRIGHT Solar will be taking certain steps toward developing a solar project at our property, at Nevada BRIGHT Solar's expense and risk.

Pending satisfactory site survey, availability of funding, and underwriting approval, I look forward to negotiating and ultimately executing a full and binding solar lease. While this letter should not be interpreted as a binding commitment, it reflects my sincere interest in participating in the Nevada BRIGHT Solar Program.
